Get a regular plaintiff's personal injury attorney. S/he'll be able to handle the whole. Be careful who you choose though.
The big personal injury mills will agree to handle it, but you won't have an attorney handling your case, and the secretary or paralegal they assign it to will not know what to do about anything but the car accident part. They will charge you the full amount an attorney would though. What type of lawyer should I seek advice from?
who determined it was '; due to faulty maintenance ';?
because if that person is such an expert witness they would know a lawyer
It's possible your insurance agency will set you up with an attorney. You should ask them what they think before you retain counsel and begin incurring fees.
talk to the sam lawyer you are talking about the accident if you have any.
