Breast size doesn't matter and no there is nothing you can do to make them bigger. Her breast and breast size will change during pregnancy and they will fill up with milk after she gives birth. My friend had very little breast but after she gave birth she had an abundant amount of milk and she had problems because she made to much milk for the baby but after a while your body adjust. I have d cups and I made very little milk and I had to supplement with formula, i had other medical problems that made it difficult for me to nurse. So again, breast size doesn't matter so don't worry.
