I am doing my NVQ i am stuck on this question please can some one help meHow would you seek extra support and advice when having difficulty supporting equality and diversity?

I am studying a NVQ too. I would say that if there is issues in the work place then the employee should bring it to the attention of the Chief Excutive. They can use a website called diversitychallenge website.

Diversity is internally driven, organisation investment, diversity see difference as a asset (richness) developmental process. to take on new idea's and approaches, policy and procedures, avoid assumptions, overcome barriers, prejudices own. For staff at all levels attend awareness groups, seminars, training, workshops, certificates of competence, CPD. Disabilitie's- to provide Audio aids, vision aids, ramps, transport. It about having a diverse approach.
