What is the best photography forum online to seek advice from professionals?
You may try www.dpreview.com and look in the forums there, called - oddly enuf - Discussion Forums, located on the left of the screen. Here you will find talk on Camera (by makes), Lens, Printers, Computers, Storage and Memory Cards, Pro, Beginners, General and what not...
Nothing to ';join'; but to leave comments, and to answer, you do have to register, but it's rather painless and requires you NOT to give your first born or parents SSAN #'s..
It's also just a fun place to hang out and keep up to date on what is new (or once was) by going into their archives. In the Forums you can also do searches on past questions so you may find your answers faster, already been asked and answered by others... Like - infrared.. astro-photography.. fireworks.. and many other 'how to's'... etc....
