Where can I seek advice if I have not been payed properly by my employer? 10 points?

The last time I posted this people said I had been payed properly, well I dont know how anyone could know that. I dont want any stupid answers my previous employer thought he could take me for a ride but he messed with the wrong girl.

I want to know where I can claim advice, preferably free.

Also any advice that is good is welcomed.Where can I seek advice if I have not been payed properly by my employer? 10 points?
If you know how much you are owed then go to the small claims court (if you have the equivalent in Canada) and make the claim through there.

If he ignores that notice then a judgement will be made against him.

If you don't have a system like that then get a solicitor to write to him threatening legal action.Where can I seek advice if I have not been payed properly by my employer? 10 points?
Without knowing where you were/are working, it's difficult to give you a direction. When it comes to employment law, every state/country/province have laws that differ greatly. In general, seek out an attorney who specializes in wage law, and also the government agency that oversees wage law where you are/were working.
Ask you employer to explain that you think you don't understand. Show him/her your figures.

The Fair Employment Act is what you need to tap into. Call unemployment and start asking where you can file a compliant. Don't take it personal just to save yourself grief. You just want it rectified; simple justice. Keep in mind there is little justice in the world but you should be able to get it in this case. Make sure you are right and keep yelling in the right places in the right way.
If you are UK go to Citizens advice bureau...
